Special for St. Patrick's Day We carry both Red and Grey styles of corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. The Red style is available year-round. Gray style, a local New England specialty, is available for St. Patrick's Day only. The basic difference is that Red is made with spices and Gray is made with salt only.
